HCPS’ Department of Student Support and Wellness is a diverse team of individuals who support students in academic achievement, career- and college-readiness, social and emotional wellness, general wellness and behavioral success. The department uses a multitiered system of support. In alignment with the school division’s vision and mission, our team works to provide an equitable system of care to meet the needs of all students on their journey to be life-ready. The department's goal is that each student be valued, included, supported and empowered while having the tools, resources and strategies to be successful.
